How do I place an order?
Ordering from us is easy. Just go to the Collections section, and find an item you'd like to order. Click on the Add to cart button, and your PayPal shopping cart will appear with your item in it. You can then check out from there, using PayPal to place your order. When you're finished, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
How do I check on the status of my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an confirmation email from PayPal about the transaction, and a follow-up email from us providing an estimated delivery date. You will also receive an email from us once your order ships, with an updated arrival date and package tracking information. If you need to inquire as to the current status of an order, you can do so through the contact page.
How do I cancel my order?
After placing an order, you have 24 hours to contact us for a cancellation. Once payment is accepted, we will not cancel an order, and will not provide a refund. Additionally, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products once they are shipped.
When will I receive my order?
All of our pieces are made-to-order, with production beginning as soon as payment is accepted. Depending upon each hat's style, and upon current demand, your order may take anywhere from 6-10 weeks to complete, and 3-10 days to ship (depending on shipping method/location); you will receive a more specific estimate in a follow-up email. Should you require an expedited order, please note this when you place it.

What is your policy for returns/exchanges?
We will not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products once they are shipped. Once payment is accepted, we will not cancel an order, and will not provide a refund.
